Why QA Arena

Training built for the
real world.

Most QA courses teach theory. QA Arena gives you access to the same tools, environments, and domain knowledge you'll use on day one of your job.

Finance domain focus — learn the business logic behind payments, transactions, and reconciliation that QA engineers test every day.
Live SQL database access — practice on a real PostgreSQL database with realistic financial data, not toy examples.
Personal mentorship — direct access to your instructor throughout the program, not a chatbot or a forum.
Mock interviews & resume review — preparation that's specific to QA roles, not generic interview tips.

"I had zero tech background. The SQL labs on a real Finance database were what made the difference in interviews — no one else I competed against had that experience."

"The mock interviews were brutal in the best way. By the time I sat the real one I had already answered every question they threw at me. Best investment I made."

"Working with QA Arena through our B2B partnership was a great experience. Otto's QA knowledge and real industry experience stood out right away. He helped us interview and evaluate strong QA candidates more effectively, especially when it came to understanding who had practical skills and who only looked good on paper. What impressed me most was how clearly Otto understood the level of QA talent we needed. His guidance helped us find the right resource for our team. We also hired one of QA Arena's alumni, who is now working with us in Georgia and brings valuable U.S. project experience and a professional QA mindset. For companies looking for well-prepared QA talent, QA Arena is a very strong resource."

I'm very grateful for all the knowledge, motivation, and confidence this course gave me, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone starting a career in QA."

Our commitment

We don't quit until you're interview-ready.

If you complete the program and still don't feel ready for QA interviews, we'll extend your mentorship at no extra charge — for as long as it takes. No upsells, no surprise fees, no catch.

No timerMentorship continues past the program's official end. You finish when you're ready, not when the calendar says so.
No extra feeYou won't be charged twice for the same outcome. Extended mentorship is on us.
No questionsJust tell us you're not ready and we extend. We'd rather give back time than push out a graduate who can't pass an interview.
Got questions?
Does the program provide a certificate?
You don't need a certificate to land a QA job — hiring managers care about the skills and hands-on experience you bring to the interview. That said, every QA Arena graduate receives an official Certificate of Completion at the end of the program so you have a formal record of your training to include on LinkedIn or share with employers.
Who is eligible for the course?
The program is built for students who:
  • Live in the United States
  • Are authorized to work in the United States
  • Are between 23 and 50 years old
  • Have basic computer skills (sending emails, using social media, browsing the web)
  • Have strong written and spoken communication skills in English
No prior tech background is required — we teach you everything you need from the ground up.
Do I need a university degree?
A university degree is always a plus, but it is not mandatory. Many of our graduates landed QA roles without one. What matters most is your willingness to learn, your communication skills, and the hands-on experience you build during the program.
How much time should I study?
On average, students dedicate about 8 hours per week — the live cohort class every Tuesday plus around 4 hours of independent practice in the labs. The exact pace varies by student: some absorb the material faster, others prefer extra time to reinforce each topic. The program is designed to flex around how you learn best.
