- Completed applications are retained for as long as you remain an active applicant, student, or alumnus, plus up to 7 years after program completion for tax and legal record-keeping.
- Partial applications (applications you started but didn't finish) are marked as abandoned after 7 days of inactivity. Abandoned records are deleted automatically after 90 days.
- Marketing analytics aggregated through Meta Pixel are retained according to Meta's standard retention practices.
