These Terms of Service govern your use of qa-arena.com and the QA Arena training programs operated by Bellson Consulting LLC. By submitting an application or enrolling in a program, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing qa-arena.com, submitting an application, or enrolling in any program offered by QA Arena (operated by Bellson Consulting LLC), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.
2. Description of Service
QA Arena offers online QA Engineering training programs, including:
- Self-paced courses with video lessons, PDF workbooks, and practice labs
- Live cohort programs with mentorship, mock interviews, and job-placement support
- Hands-on practice environments such as PostgreSQL labs and REST API labs
- AI-assisted study tools available 24/7 to enrolled students
Program content, schedules, and features may evolve over time. We will not materially reduce the scope of a paid enrollment without offering a comparable substitute.
3. Enrollment and Payment Terms
- Self-Paced tier: $1,500 one-time payment. Grants 12 months of access to all included course materials, practice labs, quizzes, and the interview booklet, plus the AI Assistant for the same 12-month period.
- Live Cohort tier: $3,000 to enroll, plus a $2,000 success fee due only after you accept a qualifying job offer (see Section 5 below).
- All amounts in USD. Payments are processed by Stripe. Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment and applicant approval by the instructor.
- Cohort seats are limited (max 10 students per cohort). If a cohort is full, your enrollment fee will either be applied to the next available cohort or refunded in full at your choice.
4. Refund Policy
- Self-Paced: A 7-day money-back guarantee applies from the date of enrollment, provided you have completed less than 20% of the curriculum (measured by lesson completion in the student portal). After 7 days, or once 20% of the curriculum is completed, the enrollment fee is non-refundable.
- Live Cohort enrollment fee ($3,000): Fully refundable up to 7 days before your cohort start date. From 7 days before the cohort start through the end of the first 2 weeks of class, you may withdraw for a 50% refund. After the first 2 weeks, the enrollment fee is non-refundable.
- The $2,000 Live Cohort success fee is never paid up front and is therefore not subject to refund.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
5. Success Fee Terms (Live Cohort)
The $2,000 success fee is due within 14 days of accepting a qualifying job offer, defined as all of the following:
- A role in QA Engineering, Test Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a substantively similar testing-focused role
- Full-time (32+ hours per week) or full-time-equivalent contract
- Located in the United States or Canada, or fully remote based in those countries
- Offer accepted within 12 months of your Live Cohort program completion date
Roles outside this definition — including software development engineering, project management, support, or sales roles — do not trigger the success fee, even if QA-adjacent.
If you do not accept a qualifying offer within 12 months of program completion, no success fee is owed. Per our Commitment, we may also extend your mentorship at no charge if you complete the program and don't feel interview-ready.
6. Program Content Ownership
All course materials — including video lessons, workbooks, lab content, quizzes, instructor notes, interview booklet, and the qa-arena.com platform itself — are the exclusive property of Bellson Consulting LLC, doing business as QA Arena. Materials are licensed to enrolled students for personal, non-commercial educational use only.
The following are strictly prohibited and may result in termination of enrollment without refund:
- Redistribution, reposting, or public sharing of any course materials
- Sharing of login credentials or account access with non-enrolled individuals
- Use of materials to operate competing training services
- Scraping, copying, or reverse-engineering the platform
7. Student Conduct
Enrolled students are expected to:
- Treat instructors, mentors, and fellow students with respect
- Participate in cohort discussions in good faith
- Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
- Maintain academic integrity — no plagiarism, no AI-generated submissions presented as your own work, no cheating on assessments
- Protect the confidentiality of shared cohort materials and other students' work
Violations may result in warning, suspension, or termination of enrollment without refund, at the instructor's discretion.
